Interior Alternate Angles
Learn about alternate interior angles.
Interior alternate angles. The transversal crosses through the two lines which are coplanar at separate points. D and e are alternate interior angles. The transversal crosses through the two lines which are coplanar at separate points.
So there are actually two pairs. Alternate interior angles are the angles formed when a transversal intersects two coplanar lines. When two lines are crossed by another line called the transversal alternate interior angles are a pair of angles on the inner side of each of those two lines but on opposite sides of the transversal.
C and f are alternate interior angles. If the two lines are parallel then the alternate interior angles are congruent. The alternate interior angles are the angles formed when a transversal intersects two coplanar lines.
When two lines are crossed by another line the transversal a pair of angles on the inner side of each of those two lines but on opposite sides of the transversal are called alternate interior angles. They lie on the inner side of the parallel lines but the opposite sides of the transversal.
